Content, design and rights holders
Texts, selection, structure, design, software-related interface elements and original media on x25pronto.de are created and maintained for Management Consulting Mayr. Where individual elements are protected by copyright, trademark, design, database or unfair-competition law, the relevant rights remain with Management Consulting Mayr or the identified rights holder. Uses permitted by mandatory law remain unaffected.
No implied licence
Public availability of a page does not grant a broader licence for commercial reproduction, systematic extraction, republication, sublicensing or use of protected elements under another name. Use beyond statutory exceptions or an express permission requires prior approval.
Automated extraction and data collection
Systematic automated extraction or reuse of substantial protected content, structures or datasets for third-party commercial databases, services or training datasets is permitted only where mandatory law allows it or Management Consulting Mayr has agreed in advance. Statutory exceptions, including applicable text-and-data-mining rules, remain unaffected. Technical access controls, protection mechanisms and rate limits may not be unlawfully circumvented.
Marks and identifiers
“x25pronto”, x25pronto.de, logos, design identifiers and related names must not be used in a way that suggests a partnership, branch, authority, approval, endorsement or origin that does not exist. A courier partnership does not grant any general authority to represent Management Consulting Mayr or any general trademark licence outside the specifically approved purposes.
Third-party material
OpenStreetMap data, third-party logos, integrated services and other third-party materials are subject to the notices, terms and licences of their respective rights holders. Mention or technical integration does not transfer those rights to x25pronto or users.
Rights notices
Substantiated copyright, trademark or other rights notices may be sent to info@x25pronto.ch. Plausible notices will be reviewed; without an express statement, this does not constitute an acknowledgement of a legal duty or claim.
