x25pronto operates dedicated country platforms for Germany, Switzerland and Austria. Each platform contains the services, booking processes, prices and courier-partner information intended for that country.
Courier-partner model
x25pronto may perform approved orders itself or assign them to verified independent courier partners. Registration, driver-portal access or publication of a partner profile does not create any entitlement to a minimum number of orders, volume, routes or revenue. Individual terms displayed in the driver portal or at assignment prevail over general standard values. Unless expressly authorised, courier partners may not legally represent Management Consulting Mayr, amend prices or contract terms, or acknowledge claims on its behalf.
Driver portal and reverse charge
The driver portal is intended for independent businesses. Driver-portal or comparable B2B services supplied by the provider established in Switzerland to a business established in Germany may be subject to reverse charge where the statutory requirements are met. The actual tax treatment depends on the circumstances, the stored business and tax details and applicable tax law; details are set out in the Terms and the relevant invoice information.
Accounts, driver portal and referral programme
Account activation, driver-portal functions, order assignments, pickup and delivery evidence, partner settlements and the referral programme are technically managed through x25pronto.de. Driver-portal or account activation does not guarantee orders or revenue and does not automatically constitute marketing consent. Details are set out in the Terms and Privacy notice.
Contract and operating language
The website is available in German and English. If interpretations differ, the German version generally governs contracts with the Swiss provider unless mandatory German, EU or other applicable law requires otherwise. Confirmed or system-displayed individual information remains decisive for specific bookings, partner assignments and portal processes.
