Service: arranging, organising and performing direct and overnight courier trips by car, van and van XL for approved shipments up to 1,000 kg in Germany. Services include documents, spare and service parts, product samples, selected pharmacy and business consignments and approved small transports.
Courier-partner model
x25pronto may assign orders to verified independent courier partners. The standard partner share is 75% of the transport price stored at assignment; 25% remains with x25pronto. The standard complaint period is 8 days and the standard payout period is 14 days after trip completion, subject to the requirements stated in the Terms. Individually stored partner terms are displayed in the driver portal and prevail for that partner.
Contract and operating language
The website is available in German and English. If interpretations differ, the German version governs contracts with the Swiss provider unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
