2. Guide price, route, map and requested delivery
Guide prices, distances, travel times, address suggestions, maps and automatically calculated requested delivery times are technical planning values. Confirmed order data, approved vehicle class and the price confirmed at completion prevail. Traffic and other real-world conditions may differ from calculations.
3. Scope of services
x25pronto offers direct and overnight courier trips by car, van and van XL for approved shipments up to 1,000 kg. An example on an information page does not extend the concrete booking approval. Medical, diagnostic, regulated or other special shipments require prior review.
4. Courier partners
Independent courier partners may accept individual assignments. Standard terms of 75% partner share / 25% x25pronto, an 8-day complaint period and a 14-day payout period apply only where no individually stored partner terms exist. Registration or publication of a partner card does not create any entitlement to assignments or minimum volume.
5. Availability and technical services
The website, maps, routing, payment services, email, IMAP, AI Bot, Google Tag Manager and other technical functions may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, networks, third-party providers, attacks or force majeure. The availability or correct execution of third-party tags, scripts and services cannot be guaranteed at all times. Google Tag Manager is enabled on the website only after the relevant consent and an additional server-side consent check through the x25pronto.de backend endpoint; Google Analytics is not configured. A visible time slot or technical status creates no entitlement to performance before confirmation.
6. Liability boundary
Exclusions apply only as far as law permits. Liability for intent, gross negligence and mandatory liability, including personal injury, is not excluded. Claims from confirmed transport orders are governed primarily by the contract, Terms and mandatory Swiss law.
